Jekyll Island Village
Resort village for a storied golf course
A beautiful historic park off Georgia's coast, maintaining Jekyll Island was too much for the state to bear. Southwest Land Company hired UDA to design a plan to create a new waterfront destination for a wide variety of new uses, including a market and affordable housing. The goal was to re-establish Jekyll Island as a premier destination and generate income to maintain the island. Elements of the plan are under construction.
