As unfettered urban growth continues to destroy the pristine landscape around Park City, Utah, Larry H. Miller Real Estate worked with UDA to develop a Town Plan that preserves the sense of place and landscape while incorporating growth in a thoughtful manner. Coordinated with the Property owners, the county, and the development team, UDA developed a plan for strong connectivity, preservation, and concentrations of high-density development with a broad spectrum of housing opportunities, including workforce housing. UDA also developed a pattern book to guide building placement and design in implementation.
