East Garrison
A new mixed-use community on a historic military base
East Garrison is a new, complete neighborhood on the northern edge of former Fort Ord in Monterey County. Through a robust public process, UDA held stakeholder workshops to develop the vision and Master Plan based on principles of smart growth, sustainable development, and traditional neighborhood design. The plan calls for three distinct residential neighborhoods surrounding a mixed-use town center and a significant arts program.
