Strategic growth for a historic campus
In preparation for an Institutional Master Plan entitlements, CMU hired UDA to develop a Campus Master Plan to develop a strategy for how and where to grow over the next ten years. The process included a broad representation of the campus community. UDA’s effort focused on continuing enhancements and construction within the campus itself, as well as developing seamless growing the campus into the surrounding neighborhood. Strategies included new quads, urban buildings and enlivening nearby Craig Street into a “great college street”.
